Gale has worked at BE Solutions since 2008; however, her experience in Claims Management and Customer Service goes back to 1996. Working in a large TPA operation, Gale managed client services and provider networking. She monitored claims system updates and testing. In addition, Gale managed customer service as well.
Again, BE Solutions is fortunate to have Gale’s experience in the Claims and Customer Service area. Gale specializes in dealing with Providers as they verify benefits and receive reimbursement for their services. She is outstanding at dealing with Members in need and directing them towards a solution to their issue.
